WeWin will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All wagers placed and transactions conducted through your account are deemed to have been made by you personally unless you have reported a security breach to WeWin in advance.
WeWin supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including but not limited to:
Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing, subject to payment provider timelines.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verification is approved, WeWin targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timescales applicable to the selected payment method. Anti-Money Laundering: WeWin is required to comply with applicable financial regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request and to delay or decline withdrawals where our compliance obligations require further investigation.

Where an account is closed for regulatory or compliance reasons, WeWin will endeavour to return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via their last-used payment method, less any amounts subject to ongoing investigation. Bonus funds will not be returned under any circumstances.

WeWin expressly excludes liability for:indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of data; loss of business opportunity; or any losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms, regardless of whether WeWin was advised of the possibility of such damages.
WeWin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or internet connectivity problems may result in temporary unavailability. WeWin shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime where reasonable notice has been provided.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and WeWin, we encourage Players to first contact our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, WeWin will escalate the matter to its internal compliance review team, whose decision shall be final and binding subject only to manifest error.
WeWin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond WeWin's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, internet infrastructure failures, or payment processor outages.
